There was a problem with shipping and ultimately the item did not arrive - thought it was going to ship at a later date. Surprisingly, the seller reached out to me asking if I received the order and I told them no. The seller made everything right and shipped another (same) item and it arrived just yesterday (9/9/2025). The purchase was easy. Only issue that I had was the shipping - which took a bit of time and uses UNIUNI as a carrier (which they're a newer company). But, seller was very receptive and good on following up on inquiries that I may have. Package was as is and goes well w/ Satono Diamond figure (reunited child hood friends lol). A little pricey, but it's top quality from Tamashi Nations. She has all her items as well. Hope the seller has a speedy recovery. -AJ

Great seller but be aware shipping takes a long while ordered the 9th tracking info was sent on the 19th. no movement till the 23rd delivered the 25th. the seller should tell the buyer of any updates on the movement of the package. overall the experience was good minus the shipping process the item came well packed no dents and the item was brand new as stated on the listing price was fair also.
