Love the boots! Might want to take a minute to pack a bit better, and get the hair off. The straps and corners were outside the torn package but we're still attached. I have stuffed them to try and regain the shape. Price was but much for item and service. Hope this gives a bit of insight for you. Should have taken pics for you. Thx.
