pottery barn Shadow Floral Percale Pillow Sham -King -36x20 New- defect is: I actually don't see any defects but since All items are open box and without original packaging I listed this items as new (other) and the only option l'm given is new with defects so I chose this one. This item appears to be new. Now it is possible that some Items may have a slight imperfection from the manufacturer that may or may not even be visible to the eye "if"applicable to your item. I have throughly examined the items and unable to locate any spots nor stains- smoke & pet free. Please review and zoom in on the photos as I have attempted to capture everything.

Items was in original box which the seller put inside another box with foam padding, ensuring it would arrive in good condition, which it did. Seller was prompt to ship the item, although the item took a very long time to get here, more than a week later than first predicted but this was not fault of the seller. Item was exactly as described. It was in brand new condition. I tested it this morning and it performed perfectly. $110 less than brand new was a GREAT value!

Shipping was fast, the packaging was great and the item was very well protected against damage during shipping, the items were exactly as described (like brand new), the item was beautiful and the value was excellent. It was like purchasing brand new only cheaper. I can’t wait to start decorating her room around it. I would definitely buy from her again, in fact, I’ll probably be ordering another Pottery Barn duvet cover from her in the future for my room.

Item exactly as described, received within shipping timeframe, every effort was made to package large item well while keeping shipping costs reasonable. It DID arrive with a huge gash through both layers of packaging which fortunately, did NOT extend to the beautiful quilt. Great seller, would definitely purchase from again. Thank you!
