I had a very good experience with this company! I had unfortunately bought one of their figurines for Christmas a little before a postal strike began. I wrote to them to find out if they had any news of where my order was. And in response they told me that they apologized for the delay and that they would offer me the figurine, if I received it, as a Christmas present. And this, despite not having asked for a refund. I recommend this company, very easy to communicate with them and very kind :)

The Totoro figurine night light was received as listed. It is very detailed, and in working order. When I received my package, it was damaged in transit by USPS. I contacted the seller, and he offered to partially refund for the inconvenience. I declined this offer due to no fault of the seller. Upon further inspection, the Totoro figurine was not damaged and in good working order. Thank you.
