Very nice lady, and a nice addition to ebay. Luckily the ceramics arrived undamaged, but it was a close call due to the packaging. (The creamer, sugar bowl, and lid were wrapped together in a single bag without padding between them.) She was very responsive and understands how to package for safe transport in the future, and as I said, there was no damage in this case, so as they say, "no harm no foul."
