Trimmer was exactly as described; sometimes with "open box" items are used, but this was new except some pieces opened. Everything was clean, and all pieces included. Trimmer was used by me and it performed slightly better than expected. I am very happy with my purchase because the retail cost is around 2-3 times what I paid for it. I am torn about the shipping cost but it arrived one day sooner than promised so it was worth it. I would buy from this seller again in a heartbeat!
