arrived extremely quickly after order. the item is in great condition, exactly as described in the listing. great value for its condition and shipping. came in a simple box with no other packaging, but as a plush, it doesnt really need anything to protect it (not fragile, obviously). i have a big appreciation for the simple packaging, far less paper waste than you usually run into in shipping. overall, extremely satisfied with the purchase :]

Item received matched the image and description on the seller's page. In comparing the received item to the one being replaced, they were identical. The item was shipped quickly and received in the time period listed on the seller's page. The item was packaged in protective bubble wrap and shipped in a small box. The item worked properly and charged my panasonic phone to full charge.
