Excellent product. Unit came in a plastic bag despite my inquiry prior to the sale. I was told it would be well packaged (probably by AI) but the words never made it to reality. Luckily, the rod arrived undamaged, so I kept it. Great price, great product. Swift shipping. If the packaging remains a plastic bag, it’s a coin toss whether your product will arrive without damage.
