This transaction did not turn out the way I expected, however the seller immediately made it right. The shipping was quick, the item well packaged, the appearance & condition was like new, good quality. Only problem was that the key to wind it was/is missing and the seller had not known that. She immediately refunded the full payment & did not have me send the ornament back. I am still looking for a Hallmark ornament key.
