Shipping was fast, items as described but items poorly packaged. 2 of the 4 glass mugs arrived shattered. Response to request for refund was fast and easy so ultimately a positive experience. Would order from then again.

Packaged well in bubble wrap and boxed; nothing broken. Decent price and negotiation. Communication excellent. No tracking on package but received in timely manner.
