The item was well packaged, but unfortunately it suffered a problem in shipping (glass does have that problem) and arrived damaged. The seller was on top of the issue immediately and without my even asking had issued a correction. We were both sad to have lost such a unique piece. I would definitely recommend the seller. Other than broken, the piece was exactly as described, and their communication was top notch!
