this seller was very fast with shipping and message responses. The plates are even better than described! And I love them! The packaging of the stoneware plates was done really well by seller w/ each bubble wrapped individually. One of the plates broke during shipping but the whole box looked stepped on BY usps. Clearly the seller did everything possible to protect the plates in transit. But since one was broken, the seller quickly refunded me for the price of the one plate. I highly recommend.

The seller was prompt in responding to emails. The items were exactly as described. While the package was extremely well packed one glass did arrive broken. Admittedly this was a very fragile item. The seller was very apologetic and immediately issued a credit for the broken glass without any questions. I would easily do business with them again if the opportunity arose.
