The item was lost in shipping and never arrived but the seller reached out to me before it became an issue. They refunded me for the cost of the item and the shipping and were incredibly polite in doing so. Arrived in a timely manner, well-packaged. Item is as shown and described, in excellent condition. Not particularly realistic, but recognizable as a cardinal, which is just what I needed. I would buy from this seller again.
