Seller made me a very nice offer and went to prepare it for shipment within hours of purchase only to discover it had already been sold. They offered to send me any other mug I wanted at no additional charge, which I appreciated, but none were quite what I wanted, so they processed my refund within minutes of me requesting it. The item was as described. I missed the bleach marks on the hat. I saw them after the purchase was made, but that was my fault. The shipping was speedy and the hat was well packaged. I feel I bid too high for the value of the hat, but that’s on me. This seller is a good and honest seller that I would use again. Thank you! A+
