It finally got delivered! Hooray for our Postal Service! I'm guessing that the winter weather was the cause for the delay. Still, the Post Office should have informed us of the delay in transit, but being the government I guess they wouldn't think of doing that. I'm extremely pleased with the correspondence with the seller on what was happening at each step. That made the wait bearable. Thanks for your understanding and assistance!
