Laura and Oz were fabulous to work with. They communicated with me throughout every step of our transaction. They cried with me when FedEx delivered their beautiful vases, which were completely destroyed, despite being well-packed and labeled as fragile. Trying to find two Oriental vases for a reasonable price and well-made is very difficult. This was also a waste of beauty that can never be replaced.

Watched these for a couple years before finally making the purchase. Packaged very nice, neat, and sufficient to protect the porcelain; items came in whole and unbroken. Items as described and was able to dicker a little on the price. Shipping was great. Wife is pleased.

Good transaction from communication to delivery of a lovely cookie jar as described. Good price. Packaged well. Thought shipping was a bit high for the size of the jar though.
