There was a shipping error with this order made by USPS and my package was shipped back to this seller who was extremely understanding and helpful. The creamer was exactly as described and well worth the price paid. The picture did not truly show the beauty of this piece. The shipping was on time. The packaging was SO GOOD it would have survived a soccer match not just the US Mail. I highly recommend this vendor and look forward to doing business with them again.

Even though the wrong-sized plates were sent, the seller found the correct ones and was ready to ship them, even offering to let me keep the incorrectly sized plates; however, I opted to keep the ones originally shipped and forgo the others. Great seller who offered to go the extra mile!
