I didn't realize that there was a handle at the top that was broken off. No mention of this in the listing. Other than that, everything was fine. I didn't want to return the set so I did not ask for a return or a credit. Packed well and came in good time. Next time, I will try and ask questions before I purchase. Hard to do when I didn't know there was a handle on it to begin with.
