The communication with the seller was lacking throughout the process. I reached out a few times for updates, but received little to no response. The item eventually arrived, just as described. Unfortunately, the poor lack of communication really impacted my overall experience. Would have appreciated better customer service from the seller.

Item is brand new in excellent condition. It was a good price. The shipping was quite delayed. I sent the seller a message about two weeks after I paid asking when it would be mailed, but I did not recieve a response - but I did get notification that it was shipped a few days later.
