The seller sent me photos of the ornaments and their boxes before they shipped it. They tried to fulfill my order notes. They also communicated when they could drop off the package. 2 of the paintings of the Mickey and Minnie ornaments weren’t satisfactory for me though that’s not the seller’s fault. The seller patiently communicated back and forth to me and offered to refund my purchase because of that. I appreciate all of their efforts for quality customer service!
