Unfortunately -- through no fault of the seller -- the package never arrived; tracking indicates that the seller shipped it in a timely manner, but the package disappeared about three days after it was shipped. Communication with the seller since the package was shipped has been very good; seller has been cordial and cooperative; seller also offered and granted me a full refund when it seemed clear that the package was lost. No complaints from me; seller has been very ethical.

New beautiful item, just as described. So securedly packed that it was impossible to be damaged in transit. EXCELLENT SELLER!!! The only thing I am not satisfied with is the USPS ground shipping. Item takes too long to arrive. We should have the option to select the shipping method and the cost of it. It seems to me now this ground method is the standard procedure.

This seller was awesome. The items were packed better than I could have packed a child I loved. Everything arrived quickly and exactly as advertised with no problems. You would expect some difficulty with dishes, but they were so well packed it would have been in no way compromised by luggage handling gorillas!
