Unfortunately, the USPS lost this item. It shipped promptly, and I had tracking info, but it never made it. I’m posting this review however, because the customer service I received was above and beyond! They did EVERYTHING in their power to help me, from filing a lost item claim, kept me up to date on the status, and when not recovered, issued a full refund with apologies. I ordered another from them, which they’ve shipped UPS this time ;) Rare to see vendors who care this much sadly

Glad to have another Colonel Reb watch! This one replaces mine that was stolen in Thailand in 2006. It arrived quickly and is as described. The band size makes this one seem like a woman's watch, but it works great after installing a new battery and I'll swap the band to a larger one. Fast shipper and it was well packed as well.
