The communication and shipping speed were spot on. The item was described as new. When received, it appears it may have been stored for a while as the metal was spotted/tarnished in a few areas and some assembly parts (washers) were missing. Item was packaged well. It was still a good value and built well.

Item received as described. The tip was a tad dinged up as it protruded through the padding and packaging during shipping (a small box or slightly larger, sturdier shipping envelope would have been better). However, overall, the item was fine. Shipped promptly - I am satisfied with the purchase.
