I notified the seller that the stylus fell off during shipping; they offered a partial refund that I accepted, processed immediately. Ecstatic with this product. Kudos to the seller for making this purchase worthwhile. Truly impressed with the product detail as advertised. It arrived as scheduled. Though the box flap close tabs were torn and had to be taped, the Styrofoam packaging was excellent and kept the Tumbler in pristine condition! Again, the cost was worth every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller in the future!!!!
