Absolutely stunning and above and beyond gorgeous even from what the pictures conveyed! Ornament is absolutely flawless, was very reasonably priced and in exceptional condition, really amazing quality all around. Package was mailed promptly and very carefully packed in multiples layers of bubble wrap with paper to fill gaps between wrap and the box. 15/10 stars, phenomenal service!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Shipping was amazing, usps did an awful job handling the package, it was all torn up and they left it outside in the rain all day, Mercedes family did an amazing job packaging it so good that it did not get wet or damaged even tho the package was destroyed and soaking wet, the item was 100% as described and a great value Thank you
