I am v extremely satisfied if there is such a thing! The Seller was quick & courteous w their preorder comm.s. And then... the wrong item arrived - I thot"not again". BUT this Seller was stellar! She quickly & sincerely apologized, immediately found & shipped the correct item. Both were packaged w best in class excellence. Button is a perfect match to a vintage cardigan and was exactly as shown in pictures. Seller communicated with me to let me know shipping was a little delayed and the button arrived double wrapped (bubble wrapped and in bubble mailer) with no problems. So glad to be able to replace the button on my favorite vintage cardigan for a decent price. Thank you!
