Finally, I found the item I'd been searching for so long! This was exactly as advertised, brand new in box, and this seller was incredible. The communication was top tier, everything happened swiftly and accurately. Everyone on fb marketplace was mixing up the OnBoard 35 vs the Onboard 35 LT, and this seller did NOT confuse the two models. What a relief. Also good price too.

I ordered this and it shipped immediately. But the tracking was wrong. It was promised 12/9-12/12, so I contacted the seller, who opened a dispute with USPS. The item arrived 12/14. Super good seller, who communicated with me during the shipping issue (not the seller’s fault). I appreciate that they were on top of it though. Will shop them again!
