Gently remove the face fabric from the velcro attachment on the front of the headrail as well as from the plastic anchors. Place fabric on a clean, flat surface. Spot clean using a soft nonabrasive damp cloth. Rinse out cloth thoroughly as needed while cleaning. Completely air dry before reattaching shade to the plastic anchors and securing shade at top with the velcro strip. I love the vacuum. Unfortunately the shipper really buggered the unit up. I contacted them and they did bend over backwards to have it picked back up and returned. They also gave me immediate refund. Although this sale fell thru I must compliment the seller for doing such a good job working with me. Thank you

Arrived lickety split and as advertised; this is my 2nd one from the same seller this summer and both times I was surprised to see they were unopened boxes from Home Depot and the packing slips with my name & address were from Home Depot (you can't beat that).
