We have had the Moen In-Counter water filter for over 20 years. Filters are getting harder to come by and way more expensive. Glad to find them on eBay now. Seller had a great price. Delivery was fast. I'm guessing the seller got them at an auction or something because the boxes were not in pristine condition, but, the most important thing is that the inner seal was perfectly intact.

The adapter arrived in a timely manner, especially when one considers this is still the holiday season. It was safely wrapped and packed and was still in new condition when it arrived. I was short 5 pieces when I opened the boxes. One box of 100 had 99 in it, and another had 96 in it. After speaking with the seller they refunded the part of the purchase that was missing. They appear to be good quality. The seller fixing the issue so quickly shows they are a good seller to work with.
