The item was listed as new in box, but upon receiving it, I was disappointed to find it was a returned, open-box item with a dent on one piece. I attempted to contact the seller but received no reply. Fortunately, the item was returnable, so I shipped it back. Once they received the item, I got my money back. While the return process was smooth, I was let down and felt my time was wasted.
