I needed the oven glass window urgently for the holidays and they were super friendly, shipping next day, maintaining communication with me on the status! Also their packaging was impeccable! Protected with bubble wrap, foam, and paper (see photo). Package arrived one dat earlier than what I expected (and of course, before Christmas!). I was able to fix my oven at the same night! Initially my response was not positive, BUT this seller responded to my rating, of their own volition, because at this point I had not reached out to them. They heard my story and decided to refund three quarters of the purchase price without my even asking!!! These people care and are trustworthy!
