Amazing customer service. Prompt and quick actions and responses. The machine came as an open box, however it was never used. Unfortunately the shipper damaged the rear axle which bent so rear wheels were unable to stay attached. I ordered new bearings, caps and axle and they refunded me for parts and labor and machine is working wonderfully. They keep their word and take care of you no matter what happens will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone. Also, I'm no bot!

Item was in great shape and packaged well with no damage. Mower had a bad battery, I contacted the seller and he promptly refunded me the cost of a new battery. Highly recommend this seller
