Okay y'all. This is truly a potentially bad situation, for me, turned AMAZING! I initially received the wrong parts so i messaged this seller, slightly disgruntled, at around 2:00 a.m. Friday. At around 3:30, they simply responded with a thank you and that they will send me the correct ones. 😲! And an hour after that, they sent me the USPS tracking number! 🤯! I just received them today, perfect fit and, Orders of Magnitude stronger than the originals.. BRAVO! AAA+++ SELLER! Highly RECOMMEND!

Have not had it installed yet so cannot speak to operation. Item was as described and arrived faster than expected. Lost one star due to packaging. There was not outer box other than the manufacturer's packaging. When it arrived, there were large holes at the corners and parts of the box torn apart. I do not think any parts were missing, but will find out when my contractor installs it next week. Highly recommend you invest in an outside shipping box in future.

So, the item was damaged in shipment, which happens sometimes. However, I have experienced NIGHTMARES on doing returns to sellers on this platform....but not with this seller at all. They didn't hesitate to provide me with proper service for the return. I'm bummed about the product (it was their last one), but will happily order from this seller again in the future.
