The seller made a simple human error and sent me the wrong item. Instead of 16 oz thermoses that will fit into a car cup holder, 24 oz thermoses were sent by mistake. The seller and I worked out an acceptable solution that also benefitted a local non-profit in my area. This seller is an honest broker. I wish the seller and family well in 2025!
