Great seller, as far as speed, & packaging. Who I got them for are happy. I think they might have been returned and resold based on extra tape on actual box. That said, Nothing looked out of place upon opening or charging & using. So maybe just time hurt the packaging since older product. Thank you & don't hesitate to buy from this seller.

Dishes arrived in great shape, just as described. The packaging was "old fashioned" consisting mostly of broken styrofoam of various sizes - very messy, but it kept the dishes safe.Shipping time was appropriate and the value for what I paid was fair to good - none of these good, heavy dishes come at a bargain price!.
