This seller is the BEST!! I accidentally The seller was very responsive to my questions and shipped the item so fast!! I ordered the wrong item though and she was very helpful with my return and super sweet & gracious. Item was listed as new, open box. It arrived with rough box, incorrect instruction manual, missing a couple key parts that I hope can be found at my local hardware store. When I asked seller about it, they apologized profusely, offered a partial refund if I keep it, or full refund with return. When I accepted partial refund, they refunded fully anyway. My experience... product might be a little sketch, but seller is nice and will take care of you.

Ordering shoes and boots online can be tricky sometimes. However the boots I received today are a perfect fit. They are exactly as described. Shipping was free and the item was well packed.
