Initially I was sent the wrong wire and I shared that with the shipper immediately upon receipt. Upon immediate notification to them I was quickly told they'd ship me the right wire AND I did not have to return the wrong wire. So, they failed on their initial order but quickly recovered which is aok with me, people make mistakes and the important thing is what you do in that situation. So, I would do business with them again.

the handheld shower nozzle was easy to install. Box was slightly damaged, bit It was new in the box, just as described. And it was slightly less than half the price of the cheapest I was able to locate at any retailer. It looks great in the shower, despite being metalized plastic, it looks identical to my other stainless steel shower hardware. Thanks so much.
