If for some reason watch is not working upon receipt please return so I can diagnose problem and issue refund. I want watch back so I can head off problems in future. I pack in small box with bubble wrap to protect during shipping. I try to list strap size or show size in photos on all listing but if missing please ask before purchase. If for some reason watch does not fit you can buy new strap(at your expense) or have links installed by local, reputable watch repair shop.
