Item was as described, shipped promptly and safely packaged. I liked that the box was plastic wrapped. I'm fairly new to eBay but this is the first weather proof package I have received. It's a nice touch for packages that might have to sit outside. The description stated "lighter needs butane" which led me to believe it was in working order aside from needing fuel. There's an old flint stuck in it stopping it from working which is common for old lighters. Still gave five stars. Not a big deal.
