The quality, condition and appearance are all excellent. A really solid piece of furniture. I was nervous about the delivery being with a long-haul carrier and not FedEx or UPs, however; Estes was great. Shipping time was on schedule and delivery was ahead of schedule. The seller answered my questions promptly and the shipping company was proactive with updates. Last, this chair was a very good value. The price was a couple hundred dollars less than anywhere else. I would buy again.

Ordered this set of dining chairs and they were delivered today. The chairs appear of high quality. A little on the expensive side. However, not only did they arrive faster than expected, they were packed very well by the seller & without any signs of unwanted damage!! You pay for new, you should get what is advertised. I started getting nervous because I couldn’t get shipping info not a FedEx number that came up with a label only and then 6 days later it appeared on my front porch…..it’s exceeded my expectations and now that this is my 3rd great experience with this Seller, I highly recommend them.
