I purchased a formal gown and this seller had all the measurements listed correctly and it said it runs small so I went up a size. Turns out I should’ve went up 3 sizes. The store said no refunds but she was so very kind to refund me anyway! The dress came in very nice packaging and shipped fast! It was in perfect condition! Going to buy something else from her just because she was so nice!
