Great seller & product! Beautiful lamps that throw a gentle light. The glass lily shades exude quality craftsmanship. I ordered two and both were carefully shipped in original packaging confirming that these were unopened and unused. While I debated on the cost of the splurge, the aesthetic addition to my living space makes me happy I decided to go for it! Although my item arrived damaged at no fault to the seller, I can say this was a positive experience. I ordered a large light pendant and it was shipped quickly and arrived quickly even though it was damaged I reported the damage to the seller immediately, and the seller immediately responded and was willing to refund or re-ship my item very responsive very courteous, very professional I would order from them again
