Pliers exactly as described and pictured. Shipped promptly and well packaged. EBay web site kept showing "awaiting shipment". All of a sudden it appeared at the door through Amazon. It arrived safe and sound, but it would have been nice to see it actually shipped.

No tracking provided had no idea if it was coming or not until it actually arrived. 99.9% of all my other eBay purchases all come with tracking so I know that they got the order and it's on its way. With this one I had to just sit wait and Hope.
