This seller is a responsible person. They realized that their shipping price from the USPS through eBay was incorrect and sent a refund for the over charge. The USPS is notorious for suggesting more than actually needed to ship anything. I have caught them several times recently on returns by going to the USPS to mail on my own. This seller is a credit to eBay and has my full respect!!!
