The positive was seller was communicative and did his best to keep up with PO. I realize it was holidays but I was one state over and this delivery took almost 3 weeks, which was far too long for my purposes! I had to give a fair shipping time rating regardless of the fault 🤷🏻♀️. Again the trees were perfect, well packed and glad 😌 they finally made it in the new year for next year 😉 Ty.
