The cups were exactly what I needed. The cups were packed superbly. Unfortunately the USPS did their best to abuse the package. One cup was broken. In corresponding with the sender, she refunded the mug plus tax and shipping. I am impressed with the empathy and quickness shown to make things right. A full five star for her.
