Ornament as described. Beautiful! I had trouble checking out -- screwed up the total amount, payed all 7 ornaments I got from seller at full price, not getting the discount she offered. But, she totally took care of me!! Gave me a refund and then even sent me a couple extra ornaments! Super nice exchange, transaction!! Super great seller!!

Packaging was excellent ... took forever to cut trough all the layers of cushion material. Good response time. Frame was a bit damaged and the matting not perfect ... but the pictures on the internet reflected damage if one looked closely. Response time was acceptable.
