Pros: Excellent communication from seller, Excellent packaging of delicate items, Excellent overnight shopping Cons: The laptop came with one dead pixel in the top left of the LCD. I am unsure if this was a manufacturer defect, but there was no resolution offered for the dead pixel. Aside from the dead pixel, the seller had great communication, demonstrated great value, and the quality of the laptop is premium.
