Great communication. This package got “lost” for awhile during Christmas- not the sellers fault but they were very helpful & diligent about making sure it arrived and it finally did. Package was just a plastic bag and one end was entirely open -most likely it had a rough journey -Rug was Well represented. Does not appear to have smells or stains - back is worn. Absolutely love it ! Very grateful . Thank you
