The Tripp Lite PDU1215 was delivered in brand-new, unused condition; the appearance is impeccable. Communication from the seller was excellent and prompt. Shipping was quick, packaging was decent. The item did not come as described, scratches on the PCB, fan did not spin, no display output. Non working DOA. For the value I expected to be getting a working card. Unfortunately that was not the case. Currently awaiting my return refund. Would buy from this seller again even though the Graphics Card was DOA could have been a shipping issue.
